We wish that the meals served in our restaurant should not only be a feast, but also an experience of the values we uphold. While preparing meals, we focus above all on authenticity and simplicity of taste and form. The culinary adventure at the Pacółtowo Palace is one way of getting to know the local tradition and cultural legacy.
For us, Slow Food is not only about fresh, local ingredients, but also about ethical, fair treatment of emlpoyees, fair relations with farmers and humane treatment of animals. Slow Food is about healthy, tasty food without preservatives, 'chemicals' or fertilisers - food that builds community and has the potential to inspire large-scale social change.
Most of the products and ingredients we use come from small, organic farms. Fruit, vegetables, honey and other products are supplied by local producers.
Deliciou beef from Charolaise and Limousine meat breeds, comes from our own ecological rearing - conducted on meadows where no artificial fertilisers are used. This makes the meat exceptionally tender, healthy and very tasty.
For our meals, we use Vilnius honeys, sheep's cheese from Rancho Frontiera and local cow's cheese from Wizajny, fruit jams from our own orchards. The wines served come boutique wineries, from local grape varieties, hand-picked, unfiltered.
