The Tasting Menu consists of eight dishes. For the preparation of each dish, regional and organic products such as wine snails, greaves, guinea fowl and Charolaise beef from our own farm were used.
The whole concept of the tasting is to create small works of art from a few ingredients. A pleasant surprise for you will be the culmination of the menu - a goat's cheese mousse which, combined with apple sorbet, shows that dessert does not always have to be sweet.
