We rent the Pacółtowo Palace Complex exclusively for the organisation of board meetings, supervisory board meetings, shareholders' meetings, notarial actions (we can help arrange a notary on request) and meetings with business partners.
We provide a comfortable conference room with an oval table for 32 people, a business room for 10 people, a ballroom/fireplace and a library. Together with the suites and the other rooms in the palace basement, we have a very wide range of possibilities to organise the space according to your highest requirements. The Palace is air-conditioned.
Guests at tha Pacółtowo Palace can count on the highest quality of recreation combined with business facilities and a tasting menu offer.
Comfortable interiors and proximity of the Masurian nature also make it possible to organise integration stays, conferences or trainings in the Pacółtowo Palace. The vicinity of a charming park and green areas enables the organisation of unforgettable outdoor events, also with the use of event tents. We cooperate with companies that provide comprehensive organisation of events, both in terms of the conference part and the integration and leisure part.
The palace is ideal for individual and team remote work. The proximity of nature and regional attractions will allow for a varied relaxation after work. We also invite you to family stays, when one person works, the others enjoy the rest (we provide a separate space for quiet work), and in the afternoon everyone has fun together or relaxes in the spirit of work-life balance.

The rental prices for the Palace from 20/12/2022 to 20/12/2023 are as follows:

For rentals longer than 3 nights, the price is set individually.
Prices quoted include rental of meeting rooms, ballroom, library with billiards, selected rooms and use of wifi and unguarded parking.
We charge PLN 192 gross per day for a person staying in the Pacółtowo Palace without overnight accommodation. For more than 40 non-overnight stays, the price is set individually.
We charge the following additional fees (on a one-off basis):
- for making the facilities available to the catering company for preparation of serving dishes (without the possibility of their preparation) - PLN 1 320 gross,
- for providing space to set up the event tent - PLN 1 320 gross
Regardless of the selected configuration of services, the minimum price for the rental of the facility for each stay day is PLN 6 781 gross.
We charge a refundable deposit of PLN 2 500.
